Plan a wedding that’s truly special at our lovingly restored historic venue. Our spaces were created with your perfect day in mind. Our wedding planner will consult with you to ensure your ceremony and reception are executed just as you envision.

Outdoor ceremonies take place right here on our expansive grounds in the quaint village of Victoria-by-the-Sea. Indoor ceremonies take place within our ballroom, after which the ballroom is converted for your reception as your guests can enjoy cocktail hour on the covered verandah, lawn games or a stroll through the heart of Victoria. Guests will appreciate on site air-conditioning, WiFi and ample parking as well.

We recommend booking the Balcony and Parlour Suites to get ready for your ceremony, allowing you and your entourage room to relax and prepare. You’ll be in the same building all day but never see each other. Isn’t that romantic? (Full package details below.)

The Grand Victorian is pleased to offer many optional features to add to your special day as needed:

  • Wedding day coordinator ($900) Our wedding day coordinator will work with you from one month before your wedding day to ensure a seamless execution of your vision.
  • Cushions for Chiavari Chairs ($3 each)
  • Table wine glasses ($.50 each)
  • Champagne flutes ($.50 each)
  • Balcony & Parlour Suites ($500) Parlour Suite from the morning of your wedding day until the ceremony. Balcony Suite from the morning of your wedding day until the next day. Please inquire as to check-out time based on your preferred wedding date.
  • A light lunch can be provided as you prepare for your special day
  • Wedding commissioner
